CONDITION OF RETURNS

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

All returns are free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any products returned back to us with damaged, cannot be refunded or exchanged. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. 

The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.
You may use any postal service at your own risk, Siedres cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.
Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase.
LORA reserves the right to reject any returned items without approved authorization. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.
Return Instructions 

Re-pack the item(s) in an appropriate bag or in the delivery bag.

Book a pick-up with DHL and hand over your package using the documents and instructions that we will provide you or use this company code 310918433.

Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email.

Refunds

Our return process takes up to 2-5 days from when we receive back your items. Refunds will be made in 2-5 days after your return is received and inspected. Refunds are not available on any final sale or bundle items. 

Please be patient with the refund process since the return will stay in customs for few days. 

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s) upon arrival of your return package. However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don't wish to keep for a refund and then place a new order for the item that you want instead. 

If you bought an item with a discount code, you can re-order it in different size and we will re-apply the discount code for you. Just get in touch and provide us both your original item's order number as well as the new one - and we will happily apply the code for you!

Sale Returns 

All sale items purchased will be final sale and are non-returnable/ non-exchangeable/ non-refundable.

During a sale period, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please make sure the correct style and size is selected prior to checkout.
