However, if you create an account, you get the opportunity to save shipping and billing addresses in the address book, you will be able to view your order history and you can find tracking numbers for current orders. Also, you can get our exclusive offers just for our subscribers.

Ready-to-Wear

If the request is made within 14 days of arrival of the package and meets our return policy, you can exchange or return your order. All returns need to be sent to our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.

Yes, we offer both store credits and exchanges. LORA offers an E-GIFTCARD for the return amount which will never expire. Once a store credit has been processed this is unable to be reversed for a refund of alternative return method.
